(a) The calculation date for the calculation of qualifications for age / experience / qualification etc. is 03-11-2020.
(b) On the date of calculation, applicants should have the required basic credentials, experience, etc.
- Qualification, monthly consolidated salary in Rs and minimum experience (years):
i. Rs. 84000 – MBBS – 3 years of experience
Hii. ii. PG Diploma MBBS – 85000 – 2 years’ experience
It. iii. PG Degree MBBS – 86000 – Zero
(a) The minimum postal experience required is detailed in Paragraph .
(b) Only knowledge which is gained after the date of the outcome of the basic qualification, i.e. the necessary qualification, is to be considered.
C) Expertise shall be accepted, provided that it is the same in the field concerned.
D) Experience in teaching as a member of the faculty or in education as part of a research programme (Research Fellowship, etc.) shall not be considered to be experience for that reason.
- Other Advantages:
I. Housing, if available in the unit/offices on standard rent at par with regular employees. If the same is not eligible, 10% of the combined monthly remuneration may be given as an HRA.
II. Contractually engaged individuals are provided with medical facilities in the Hospital unit for self-employed persons, spouses and parents and up to two dependent children, without referral facilities. There shall be no other reimbursement or referral service given.
III. III. Twelve days of casual leave in a calendar year would be given on a pro-rata basis.

(a) Qualified to apply are only Indian nationals of 18 (eighteen years of age and above.
B) Candidates must have completed a compulsory one-year internship.
C) Candidates should have obtained the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council registration number.
(d) Applicants with a PG qualification shall apply their MCI/State Medical Council Registration Certificate showing their PG qualification.
(e) Unless applicants submit a valid MCI/State Medical Council registration certificate/result/passing certificate/relevant documents in the original, they will not be permitted to appear in the interview.
(f) If applicants have obtained the requisite qualified qualification from a Foreign University/Institute, the MCI/National Board of Examination (NBE) certificate of passing the qualifying examination shall be issued.
(g) Other information relating to the recruitment of the Contractual Base are as set out below.
(h) Applicants are recommended to be completely assured that they meet all of the specified eligibility requirements for the post concerned.

(m) HCL reserves the right, if necessary, to cancel/restrict/modify the number of vacancies in such recruitment without providing any further notice or assigning any justification for it.
N) The Company reserves the right, at any point of the recruitment process, to refuse the applicant’s candidacy if any criminal/vigilance/disciplinary proceedings against the applicant are pending.
